In a world of ever-improving mobile handsets, faster mobile networks and cheaper rate plans, it’s no surprise that Australians are using their mobile phones more than ever before. While that’s good news for mobile service providers like ACN, when usage is ‘excessive’ or ‘unreasonable’, this can negatively affect the quality of our services and the operation of the mobile network.

ACN’s Mobile services are intended for a customer’s personal use only. They should not be sold with the intent of being used for commercial or wholesale purposes. This means activities such as reselling our services, switching or re-routing calls to and from our network, and using our service to transmit unsolicited and/or bulk data, such as emails and SMS, are not permitted.
