I. General

In July 2024, CEO Gerard Frack and his wife and business partner, Audrey Rodda, acquired the business in the Pacific region and rebranded it as Conxxion.

As part of this transition, Conxxion is moving away from the ACN US systems and introducing our own platforms.

This systems migration allows Conxxion to operate independently and provides the foundation for improved tools, resources, and support for IBOs as the business continues to grow.

We have conducted extensive testing and ongoing improvements to ensure the new systems operate smoothly. However, as with any systems migration, there may be minor challenges during the transition.

Conxxion has put safeguards in place to minimise potential disruptions and to ensure your IBO business continues to operate as smoothly as possible during this change.

We welcome your feedback on the new systems, including your experience, your prospects’ experience, and your customers’ experience, as well as any suggestions on how the platform can better support your business.

You can submit feedback to the IBO Support Team through the online enquiry form.

The systems migration will commence on Sunday, 8 March 2026 at 8:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) and is expected to run for approximately 2 days.

During this time, the following will not be available:

  • Enrolment of new IBOs
  • Customer Order and IBO updates in the existing Back Office

The following will remain available:

  • Business Site (i.e., Storefronts) Access
  • Customers placing orders
  • Pacific Compass
  • IBO Support

Please note that monthly commissions and weekly bonus payments will not be impacted by the migration.

The new Back Office is called myConxxion Back Office.

As advised in our email to all IBOs on 28 January 2026, historical statements will no longer be available for download after the migration.

These statements include:

  • Invoices issued by Conxxion to you, such as Monthly Licensing Fees ($22), Annual Renewals, and Enrolment Fees.
  • Recipient Created Invoices (RCIs) or Recipient Created Tax Invoices (RCTIs) for payments made to you by Conxxion, including Customer Acquisition Bonuses (CABs), Fast Start Bonuses, Customer Bonuses, and Monthly Residuals.

After the system cutover, the legacy systems will remain accessible for 2 weeks to allow IBOs sufficient time to download and save any required statements.

Once you’re logged in to your myConxxion Back Office, click on your profile photo on the top right-hand side of the window and select ‘My Account’. Then, select the ‘Edit’ button under ‘My Profile’ and click on the edit icon (pen icon) on the right-hand side of the ‘Personal Info’ box. From here, you can also upload your photo.

Click on your profile photo on the top right-hand side of the window and select ‘My Account’. On the left-hand side of the page, select ‘Update ABN’.

TIP: Ensure the entity type of your ABN matches the entity type of your Conxxion IBO account. For example, if your Conxxion IBO account is set up as a Sole Trader, you must provide a Sole Trader ABN.

In your myConxxion Back Office, click on your profile photo on the top right-hand side of the window and select ‘My Account’. On the left-hand side of the page, select ‘Direct Deposit’.

TIP: Please note that your direct debit information needs to match the account name of your Conxxion IBO account. For example, if your IBO account is setup as an Individual or Sole Trader, then you should use a bank account that’s under your own name.

In your myConxxion Back Office, click on your profile photo on the top right-hand side of the window and select ”Manage Subscription”. Then, click on “View Details” to update your credit card information.

In your myConxxion Back Office, at the top of the page, click on ‘My Business’ and select ‘My Website’. From the ‘Manage Website’ page you will need to click on edit (pen icon) on ‘Site Alias’ to change your website name, and/or edit on ‘My Contact information’ to update your business details (including your contact information) reflected in your Business Site.

TIP: Click on the ‘Preview Site’ button to ensure the new details you’ve inputted are reflected correctly in your Business Site.

On the left-hand side of the Home/Main page in your myConxxion Back Office, just below the Qualifications box, you will find the Accreditation section.

This section displays the different accreditation training requirements, including their current status and due dates.

The status colours indicate the following:

  • Green: Accreditation is up to date
  • Orange: Accreditation is due within 30 days
  • Red: Accreditation is overdue

This allows you to quickly see which training requirements are completed and which ones require your attention.

On the left side of the home/main page of your myConxxion Back Office, by default, the Qualifications section will reflect your current rank. If you want to see how you’re currently tracking for the next position, click on the right arrow beside the position name.

There are 2 ways to send a message, which you can send to one person or to multiple people.

To send an individual message, go to ‘Messages’ which is the message icon just below your profile photo on the top right-hand corner of the page, then click on ‘New Message’. From here, you can also view, reply to, and manage incoming messages.

To broadcast a message to your team, go to ‘Detailed Genealogy’ under ‘My Team’, and choose the broadcast option.

From the ‘My Business’ tab, select ‘Reports’. On this page you’ll see a number of reports designed to help you monitor your team and your growth, such as the following:

  • New IBOs – shows all the IBOs who have recently joined your organisation so you can track team growth.
  • New Rank Advancements – highlights IBOs who have moved up in rank, helping you identify emerging leaders.
  • Personal Sponsor – lists the IBOs you’ve personally sponsored and lets you monitor their progress.
  • Personal Active Enrolments – shows which of your personally enrolled IBOs are actively engaging with the business.
  • Commission Summary – provides a snapshot of your earnings, including commissions and bonuses from your team and customers.
  • Striking Distance – identifies IBOs who are close to reaching their next rank, which you can filter by rank or position and by period, so you can give them targeted support.
  • Customer Report – Displays your personal customer list, including all customers you have personally acquired and their current statuses.
  • IBO Status Report (Accreditation) – Displays the accreditation status of your downline IBOs, making it easy to identify who may need a reminder to become accredited.

Use the filters and date ranges on each report to refine what you see.

Under the ‘My Team’ tab are 2 different ways to view your team – using the Graphic Tree or the Detailed Genealogy.

The Graphic Tree shows a visual representation of your downlines by level, status (filter to only show active IBOs), and tenure (filter to only show New IBOs). From this view you’ll also have the ability to look at individual IBOs and their profile, and the option to send them a message.

The Detailed Genealogy is a more comprehensive view of your downlines on a spreadsheet format. This view gives you the option to filter by period, status (Active or Inactive), level, state, as well as by the customers they’ve acquired broken down by personal and team customer points, and services. From here, you’ll also have the ability to ‘broadcast’ or send a message to all your downlines, or send individual messages.

From the ‘My Business’ tab, select ‘Reports’, then change the Report Type to “Commission Summary”.

Under the graph you’ll see 2 tabs – Primary Bonus, which is for your commissions; and Secondary Bonus, which is for all your bonuses (i.e., CABs, Fast Start Bonuses, Customer Bonuses, etc.). Click on the period to view and download the statement.

The Conxxion Resources Page is your go-to resource hub.

In your dashboard, from the ‘My Business’ tab, select ‘Resources’. From here you can access training materials, guides, policies, and business tools.

TIP: Check back regularly as new content is added to support your success.

III. Exclusions

Although commissions for services outside of Australia ceased in July 2024, customer points have continued to be awarded for international customers and Your Business Assistant (YBA).

However, as announced in October 2025, these points will not carry over to the new system. As part of the migration, they will be removed from your compensation structure at the time of the transition.

Conxxion ceased providing services in New Zealand in 2020. Since that time, no fees have been charged for New Zealand IBOs to retain their positions.

As part of the upcoming systems migration, New Zealand IBO accounts will not be transferred to the new system and will be removed during the transition.

Conxxion will continue to review opportunities in markets outside of Australia, including New Zealand, in the future.
