With over a decade of experience coaching leaders and executives, Kelly is committed to helping others harness their strengths and unlock their potential.
Kelly’s career in the Direct Selling industry began after she left a 9-to-5 sales manager role to create more time for her two young daughters. Starting as a consultant in Sydney, she built highly successful teams and quickly rose to lead the state. Her success led to a recruitment opportunity in the USA, where she established new territories from the ground up, beginning in Chicago and eventually leading the entire country as Director of Sales, North America, for a global direct selling organisation.
