Quality products and services are our main priority at ACN, therefore we have been working with our network partner, iseek, to address speed issues experienced by some Broadband customers.

There has been an extensive review of the key links and network components to increase network capacity. As a result, iseek network congestion has been removed and our network is now processing approximately 20% more traffic at peak times compared to August 1, 2015. This means that ACN customers will experience improved Broadband speeds at internet peak times.

As part of ACN’s ongoing Broadband enhancement program, we will continue to monitor and upgrade capacity as required to ensure customers receive the best possible speeds and service at their premises.
