What’s happening?

Alinta Energy is upgrading their customer service and billing systems to deliver an improved customer experience.

When is it happening?

Over the Anzac Day long weekend. From 5pm AEST on Thursday 21 April until Tuesday 26 April, it will not be possible to submit orders to Alinta Energy via your Personal IBO Website or via the ACN-dedicated hotline.

Why is it happening?

Alinta Energy is making things better for you and your customers by undertaking a complete upgrade of their backend systems. This will deliver simpler billing, a better MyAccount experience, and an improved customer service experience.

What does this mean for me?

For a short period, you will not be able to refer customers to Alinta Energy via your Personal IBO Website, or via the ACN-dedicated sales support hotline.

What if my customer needs to sign-up over the weekend?

What happens afterwards?

Your normal Alinta Energy customer referral experience will resume on Tuesday 26 April. You may experience a slight delay in seeing points appear in your PCL as we work to align systems. As always, IBO Support is available to assist with questions from Tuesday 26 April.
