At Conxxion, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible achievements of our newest Regional Vice Presidents, sisters Sala and Maggie. Reaching RVP is a milestone that speaks not only to their dedication and leadership, but also to their pride as Pacifica women building a legacy of independence and empowerment.
Coming from humble beginnings, Sala and Maggie have remained grounded and true to their values. For them, this recognition is less about financial momentum and more about impact changing lives, helping families, and bringing others on the journey toward independence.
When asked how this achievement has changed her life, Sala didn’t mention rewards or celebrations. Instead, she shared her joy in seeing everyday lives transform. New skills gained, and hope restored. From once not knowing how to turn on a laptop or join a Zoom meeting, Sala now leads her team with confidence, hosting both in-person and online meetings, and inspiring others to believe in themselves.
Together, Sala and Maggie embody what Conxxion stands for service, empowerment, and opportunity. Their journey is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when passion and purpose meet.
