Credit Vetting
Effective Monday 29 June, 2015, EnergyAustralia will implement credit checking of new customer applications. Customers who are credit-declined will be notified within 3 business days of the decision via a letter from EnergyAustralia.eBilling
Effective Monday 29 June, 2015, EnergyAustralia will also launch the eBilling facility to all new customers. This feature will be built into EAzyQuote as a “Bill Delivery Preference” field. Email billing will become the default invoice delivery method for EnergyAustralia customers. Customers can still elect to have invoices sent via post.- Price Refresh
EnergyAustralia has scheduled a re-price for customers in Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, which will be effective 1 July, 2015. Please note, NSW gas customers will have their pricing refreshed on 27 July, 2015.
