Claiming EnergyAustralia points just got easier
Effective from today, claiming EnergyAustralia points just got a whole lot easier. If your customer signs up to EnergyAustralia via your online direct storefront, points will now be automatically allocated to your IBO Business ID. This means you are no longer required to submit your sales using the EnergyAustralia Quote ID Registration Form.
Please note: IBOs will still need to capture a Quote ID and submit the sales via the EnergyAustralia Quote ID Registration form if:
- Your customer is unable to obtain a quote online (orders placed over the phone),
- Your customer has solar PV panels installed (requires a quote over the phone), or
- Your customer places their order via acnpacific.com/energy (does not use online direct storefront).
So make life simple and encourage your customers to sign up to EnergyAustralia via your online direct storefront.
New and improved process for energy enquiries
Effective Friday 10 June, IBOs will no longer need to email energy enquiries to ACN’s energy inbox. If you have an enquiry or issue related to our Click Energy or EnergyAustralia products, you can now take advantage of our brand new Energy Enquiry Form. Simply submit your enquiry using the webform, and ACN will send you an email acknowledging your enquiry. You will be notified of updates and resolutions directly and as soon as they come to hand.
