    Customer support will continue to operate as normal over the holiday period. Existing merchants will still be able to call and speak with an operator if they require assistance with their terminals.
  • Tyro, Fiserv & ANZ – Merchant Onboarding
    Please note that application processing and merchant onboarding will pause from 19 December to 5 Januarydue to the end-of-year shutdown.
    During this time, new merchants will not be boarded. Application processing will resume after 5 January.
