Are your customers asking you about Broadband speed? In the past, you may have suggested that they conduct a speed test on a public site or on our recommended site. You can now point them to ACN’s new online speed test for an indication of the current connection speed they are achieving. This is a useful tool when chatting to new customers as well as a handy step in troubleshooting.
Please note: Perform a speed test using the ‘Run Speed Test’ button, making sure you select a Telstra speed test server.
