Effective August 4, ACN has streamlined the nbn™ Broadband + Voice Bundle sign up process for existing Broadband and VoIP customers on acnpacific.com.au

Your existing ACN customers can now choose which upgrade option is most relevant to them. Theses options will include:

  • I have an existing nbn™ Broadband Only Service with ACN
  • I have an existing nbn™ Broadband + Voice Bundle Service with ACN
  • I have an existing Envision or VoIP Service with ACN
  • I am an existing ACN customer but none of the above apply to me

This change enables existing Broadband and VoIP customers increased flexibility when choosing their equipment – they can now either choose to use their existing ACN equipment or select to purchase new equipment.

Please note that any existing ACN Broadband customer who migrates to a new ACN nbn™ Broadband + Voice Bundle plan will commence on a new fixed term agreement. ACN will waive any early termination fees associated with their existing broadband or bundle service, excluding existing ACN nbn™ Broadband and Voice Bundle services.
