New customer signup will be available within the next two months. In the interim, we’ll be contacting existing ACN Broadband and Phone customers to urge them to switch to MATE ahead of the ACN network closure on 24 August.

How will you be compensated?

You can earn up to 2 Customer Points for MATE Mobile and 2 Customer Points for MATE Broadband for the customer tenure, up to 36 months.

Please note: IBOs will only be rewarded for services switched from the ACN legacy Broadband and Phone services to Mate. IBOs will not be rewarded for customers switching from Vodafone NBN™ and other broadband providers, at this stage.

If a customer’s IBO is non-renewed and I help them switch to MATE, will I receive points and residuals?

No, unfortunately, only the IBO who originally signed up the customer will be rewarded.

ACN to MATE Migration

Over the coming months we will be rolling out a migration campaign to encourage all ACN nbn™, ADSL and Phone services to switch to MATE. This involves reaching out to all ACN Service customers and urging them to switch to MATE before their ACN Services are disconnected on 24 August, 2020.

Following this, the purging of points will begin from the end of September in the normal purge cycle, and then continue gradually over the months thereafter. This will afford you sufficient time to replace your ACN Service points with MATE service points. Read more about this in the MATE Training Pack.
