In late 2015, ACN Pacific partnered with Vivint to launch Home Security products in New Zealand. For reasons unrelated to this partnership, Vivint has made the decision to withdraw from the New Zealand market effective July 31st, 2016.

What does this mean?

ACN IBOs will no longer be able to refer customers to Vivint for home security products and services.

What about customers I have already referred to Vivint?

Any customers who have commenced agreements with Vivint will continue to be serviced for the length of their contract term and beyond.

What will happen to my customer points?

Vivint customer points will remain active until the customer cancels their agreement, or until 31 December 2019, whichever occurs first.

Will ACN provide a new home security product in New Zealand?
ACN is currently exploring options to re-enter the New Zealand home security market so stay tuned for further updates.
