As you may be aware, Vonex Limited has recently acquired part of MyNetFone’s Direct Business. As a result of this sale, all MyNetFone services will be transferred to Vonex.

What happens to the customers I’ve referred to MyNetFone?

Your customers’ MyNetFone services will be transferred from My Net Fone Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 109 671 285) to Vonex Limited (ACN 063 074 635) by 16 August 2021.

Please be advised:

  • There will be no service interruption or downtime during this transfer
  • There will be no effect on existing services or service configuration
  • There will be no changes to customers’ existing MyNetFone contracts
  • Customers will continue to be charged at the same rate they have agreed with MyNetFone

What will happen to my MyNetFone Customer Points and Commissions?

At this stage, there are no changes to how IBOs are compensated and no changes to Customer Points or Commissions on existing and new referrals.

We will notify all IBOs if there are any further developments resulting from this acquisition.
