As you know, at ACN we’re always looking for ways to make life easier for our Independent Business Owners. Which is why we’re delighted to announce that MATE has launched a NEW ACN-dedicated Support Line! Operating Monday to Friday 9am – 7:00pm AEDT/AEST and Saturday 9am – 7pm AEDT/AEST, the ACN-dedicated Support Line will enable ACN Independent Business Owners to receive specific sales advice and assistance.

In addition to this, MATE has also appointed an ACN-dedicated Sales Executive, Adrian Tate. We caught up with Adrian to get to know him better and find out what he is looking forward to most about his new role…

How long have you worked at MATE?

Time has flown, it’s going on 6 years now!

What was your previous position?

I have held multiple positions since I started working at MATE. I started out in a Junior Administrator Role, then progressed into the Technical Support Team, before moving into the Provisioning Team. Today, I am delighted to have been appointed as ACN’s dedicated Sales Executive!

What are you looking forward to most in your new role?

I’m looking forward to supporting ACN Independent Business Owners to help them achieve both their individual and team goals. I hope to remove as many obstacles as possible to help them do this, including simplifying the process to make signing up customers easier for IBOs.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I love spending as much time as possible with my family. Every chance I get I like to take them to the beach as my kids love the water. I’m a massive music fan and enjoy playing my guitar when I have some spare time. I also love going fishing and watching soccer, particularly Manchester United.

Any special message for IBOs?

I can’t wait to work alongside each and every IBO and look forward to meeting many of you at ACN Events in the near future!
